Instructions: To prepare Whole wheat cupcake recipe, preheat the Oven to 180 degrees Celsius.Mix flour, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl and whisk well.Add eggs, butter, and sugar in a separate bowl and beat well till the mixture is light.Fold the flour into the above mixture.Add the buttermilk and vanilla essence and mix well.Transfer the cake batter into cupcake moulds with liners in them.Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until ready.Top the whole wheat cupcakes with chocolate ganache and serve during tea time.
