Instructions: To make Kashmiri Paneer Gravy recipe, firstly we will make tomato puree. Cut tomatoes in a mixer grinder and grind them. If you want to thin it, add some water and grind it again. Now heat 2 tablespoons mustard oil in a pan. Add cottage cheese and cook until golden brown. Turn off the gas. Now put the pieces of paneer in turmeric water and leave it for a few minutes. Pouring it will make the paneer soft. Now heat the oil in a pan. Add big cardamom, cardamom, bay address, asafoetida, cinnamon and cook for 30 seconds. Now add tomato puree, red chili powder, ginger powder and let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes. After 4 to 5 minutes Add the song powder, 1/2 cup water and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
