Instructions: To begin making the Carrot and Broccoli Poriyal Recipe, we will first pressure cook the vegetables with little water and salt for about 15 minutes till you hear the first whistle.Switch off the heat, and allow the pressure to release by itself and drain the water and keep it aside.Heat kadai with oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and allow it splutter for 10 seconds.
