#2104 – Malabar Style Dates Coriander Chutney Recipe

Ingredients: 1/2 cup Dates,18 grams Tamarind,2 tablespoon Dry Red Chilli,1/2 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves,1/2 cup Mint Leaves (Pudina),2 cloves Garlic,1 inch Ginger,Salt – to taste

Time in minutes: 20 Servings: 4 Course: Side Dish Diet: Vegetarian

Instructions: We begin making the Malabar Style Dates Chutney Recipe by grinding all the ingredients together in a mixer. Add about 1/4 cup water and grind it into a smooth paste.Pour it in an air tight container and store it for 2 days or you can serve it immediately.Serve the Malabar Style Dates Chutney Recipe along with Homemade Soft Idli Recipe (Steamed Rice and Lentil Cake)or you can put it in sandwiches, wraps etc.
