Instructions: To make carrot pudding, first prepare sari material and keep it aside. Now heat ghee in a pan. Add grated carrots and cook until soft. After it becomes soft, add milk to it and turn it on medium heat. Allow this mixture to boil. Let the milk cook till it evaporates. Then add sugar, elaichi and almonds. Keep stirring the halwa until the sugar dissolves well. Once done, turn off the gas and serve hot. Serve the carrot halwa for dessert after your meal.
