Ingredients: 2 cups All Purpose Flour (Maida),1/4 cup Sunflower Oil – & more to deep fry,3 tablespoon Sugar,1/2 cup Milk

Instructions: To begin making North East Khapse Recipe (Deep Fried Biscuits From Arunachal), dissolve the sugar in 1/2 cup of warm water. Combine flour, oil, sugar water and milk in a mixing bowl.Mix everything together to make a smooth ball of dough.
