Instructions: To begin making the Guava Raita Recipe, chop the ripe guava into small pieces and add it into a bowl filled with curd.Sprinkle little salt and mix well. Heat a tempering pan with oil, add mustard seeds and urad dal and allow it sizzle.Add curry leaves and dry red chillies and leave it to crackle.
