Instructions: To make One Pot Pressure Cooker Chicken Curry Recipe, first heat coconut oil in a pressure cooker. After heating, add curry leaves, ginger, garlic and cook for 1 minute. Now add onion and cook till the onion becomes soft. After the onion becomes soft, add tomatoes, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well. Now add chicken, salt, water and close the cooker. Cook till 3 to 4 cities come. Allow the pressure to drain on its own.
