Instructions: To make the Masala Turi Sabzi recipe, first heat the oil in a pressure cooker. Add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let it splutter. Now add ginger, tomato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, jaggery and salt. Let it cook for 3 minutes. Now add the trumpet and mix well. Add water, mix, close the cooker and cook till 2 cities come. After coming to city 3, turn off the gas and let the pressure drain automatically. Open the cooker and garnish with green coriander.
