Instructions: To make instant baked potato tikki recipe, first peel and tighten the potato. Cut the rest of the sari vegetable also. In a mixing bowl, add potatoes, green onions, capsicum, salt and keep it in the hands, take out the water. Now add wheat flour and rice flour and mix it well. Now add red chili powder to it and mix. Take 2 tablespoons mixture and make a tikki with the help of your hands. Now place them on a baking tray with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Apply a little oil on the tikki and bake for 10 to 20 minutes. Serve instant baked potato tikki in the evening with masala tea or filter coffee.
