Instructions: To begin making Corn Chilli Cheese Momo Recipe we will first make the dough for the momos.Into a bowl add the all purpose flour, salt. Add little water at a time to knead to make a smooth dough. Cover the dough and allow it to rest for 15 to 20 minutes.Into a preheated pan add the oil. Once the oil is hot add the garlic, ginger, green chillies and saute for a few seconds.Now add the sweet corn, black pepper powder, red chili flakes salt to taste and stir well until combined. Once done turn off the heat and allow it to cool. Now we will proceed to make the Chilli Cheese MomosKnead the dough once again and divide the dough into small balls.
