Ingredients: 6-7 Button mushrooms – chopped,1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil,1 Fresh Red chillies – chopped,1/2 tablespoon Brown Sugar (Demerara Sugar),1/4 tablespoon Black pepper powder,1/2 tablespoon Parsley leaves,1/2 tablespoon Fresh oregano,3-4 cloves Garlic – chopped,1 Onion – chopped,1 tablespoon Vinegar,1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce,3 Homemade tomato puree,Salt – to taste,1 cup Green beans (French Beans) – canned,3 Potatoes (Aloo) – mashed,2-3 tablespoon All Purpose Flour (Maida),1 1/2 tablespoon Butter

Instructions: To prepare Homemade Spicy Baked Beans With Potato Cakes Recipe, heat oil in a pan.Add chopped mushroom and saute it for a minute.Season it with salt, black pepper powder.Add chopped thai red chilli with seeds,you can remove seeds if you don`t want to make it spicy.Add chopped garlic and saute it.Now add chopped onions and saute it till golden brown.Add brown sugar,one brown sugar starts to caramelize .Add vinegar and Worcestershire sauce .Add tomato puree and let it cook for 2 minutes.Now add haricot beans and mix well.Add dry parsley & oregano.On other hand take a bowl ,add mashed potato,all-purpose flour and butter and make a potato doughDivide dough in 5-6 equal portion and press it flat with your palm to a round shape.Heat oil in pan, add potato cakes, spacing them about 1 inch apart.Shallow fry them on medium heat for 8-10 minutes until they golden brown.Take them out on a plate and spread some haricot beans mixture in it.Do the same process with rest of the potato cakes.Serve Homemade Spicy Baked Beans With Potato Cakes Recipe with a glass of smoothie, coffee or tea.
