Instructions: To make Andhra Style Peanut Chutney Recipe, first put peanuts, red chillies in a pan and cook them until the peanuts turn light brown. After cooking, turn off the gas and keep it aside. Now heat the water in a saucepan. Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Remove the skin from the tomato and keep it aside. Now in a mixer grinder add tomato, peanut mixture, garlic, salt, some water and grind it well to make a paste. Now heat the oil in a tempering pan for tempering.
