Instructions: To make Rajma Sagwala, first soak Rajma completely. After soaking, cook it in a pressure cooker until it comes to 2 cities. Keep it aside. Now heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida and let it cook for 10 seconds. Now add chopped garlic and cook for 20 seconds. After 20 seconds, add onion, green chilli and cook till the onion becomes soft. After the onion softens, add chopped spinach, cooked beans and mix. Now add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt and mix it. Cook for 10 minutes and keep stirring between bitches. After that turn off the gas and serve hot. Serve the Rajma Sagwala with Gujarati lentils, Kachumbar salad and Phulka for dinner.
