Instructions: To begin making the Classic Banana Walnut Steamed Bread Recipe in Preethi Electric Pressure Cooker, sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a medium bowl; keep aside.In a large mixing bowl, whisk the flax meal egg replacer, butter, sugar, vanilla extract and milk until fluffy and well blended.Add the mashed banana and the flour mixture and beat until combined.Grease and dust a springform pan and pour the banana bread batter into the pan.Pour 1 cup of water in the bottom of the cooker and place a trivet at the bottom of the electric pressure cooker.Carefully, lower the banana bread pan into the cooker.
